You know! On one side I have a part of me that says "Good Job". The other 80% of me says "Oh S#$@ more of the same". If I stood in his shoes I would like to know that an agent could have a way to let me know about problems. However! In the current attitude I don't see that happening. In "EVERY" organization, business, and group there is a double chain of command. How many times have you been told by some middle level bureaucrat where the chain is tied in a knot. They are generally linked to someone out of the chain and dedicated to having your job. I had one Colonel who fixed that by having a day when he went to the park and fished in the lake. Many went with him and a few passed on what he needed. It is a sticky business this leadership.
