Stunning Judicial Ruling From Judge Andrew Hanen – Requires “All DOJ Attorneys” Attend Ethics Classes – Gives U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch 60 Days To Present Correction Plan…Posted on May 19, 2016 by sundance I just finished reading the ruling of Texas federal Judge Andrew Hanen (full pdf below) directed to the U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch and all DOJ Attorneys appearing in any federal court of the 26 states outlined in the State of Texas v U.S. “DAPA” lawsuit. To say the ruling is both righteous and stunning would be a disservice to the words “Righteous” and “Stunning”.Judge Hanen has ordered all DOJ attorneys appearing in any federal court of the 26 affected states to attend three hour mandatory ethics classes, this year and every year, for a period of five years. In addition Judge Hanen has given Loretta Lynch 60 days to file a written response outlining what specific corrective action she is personally taking to ensure all DOJ attorneys are truthful and honest: theconservativetreehouse.com/2016/05/19/stunning-judicial-ruling-from-judge-andrew-hanen-requires-all-doj-attorneys-attend-ethics-classes-gives-u-s-attorney-general-loretta-lynch-60-days-to-present-correction-plan/

Obama accuses judge of scaring illegals away from signing up for amnestyBy Andrea Noble and Stephen Dinan - The Washington Times - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 The Obama administration accused a federal judge Tuesday of sowing “fear and confusion” among illegal immigrants, potentially scaring them away from signing up for President Obama’s deportation amnesty by demanding immigration officials submit names of tens of thousands of migrants who’ve already enrolled. Justice Department lawyers also asked Judge Andrew S. Hanen not to force thousands of attorneys to take remedial ethics classes — an order the judge issued two weeks ago after he concluded that the administration intentionally and repeatedly misled him by implementing part of the amnesty, even as they assured the court it wasn’t in operation yet. “The sanctions ordered by the court far exceed the bounds of appropriate remedies for what this court concluded were intentional misrepresentations, a conclusion that was reached without proper procedural protections and that lacks sufficient evidentiary support,” the Justice Department lawyers wrote in asking for a stay. www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/may/31/judge-andrew-hanen-scaring-illegals-away-from-obam/
