Aw geez, the situation is even worse than first reported... Gross incompetence is only the starting point when dealing with any level of government in DeKalb County.

I live in the county north of Dekalb. These bozo's went in the wrong house, killed the dog, shot the unarmed homeowner, and one deputy shot the other deputy. Dekalb is going to have a big lawsuit on their hands very soon.
Just to put this in perspective this is in the district that elected Cynthia McKinny and then replaced her with the equally smart Hank Johnson (Guam's gonna tip over) for congress.
