Typical regurgitated Gun Control talking points and charts that have been taken apart so many times, I'm not even gonna waste my time pointing them out here, the truth is out there, Bing it.
Even if you agree with all of the ramblings above, oh well, you'll see the light one day. But to shorten it up, it all comes down to this... The other countries don't have a Second Amendment built into their Constitution, and as a result they are at the mercy of their government and willing to be subjugated by giving up their 'natural right' to self defense... We Are Not.
But as usual, Obama is gonna go it on his own with no regard for the Constitution or the law, look for a flurry of 'under the radar' moves to come from his pen and be quickly instituted by his minions.
DEAR AMERICA: Here's why everyone thinks you have a problem with guns
Matthew Speiser, Jun. 28, 2015, 1:30 PM 460,014
The community of Charleston, South Carolina, is still reeling after another mass shooting in America.
President Barack Obama on Friday delivered a moving eulogy for the Rev. Clementa Pinckney, one of nine people who was gunned down last week at a historically African-American church in Charleston.
This has become an all-too-common routine for Obama: He has had to make a speech regarding a mass shooting at least once every year since taking office in 2009. But no meaningful gun-related legislation has passed through Congress during Obama's time in office.
Over the past 2.5 years — since Obama first pushed new gun measures in the wake of the elementary-school massacre in Newtown, Connecticut — the gun debate has become perhaps more polarizing than ever before. But what is clear is that other countries don't have the problems that the US does. Other industrialized countries don't have tens of thousands of gun deaths per year, regular mass shootings, or a population as armed as it is violent.
"This type of mass violence does not happen in other advanced countries," Obama said the day after 21-year old Dylann Roof allegedly shot nine people to death in the Charleston church.
Other countries don't have America's gun problem.
Here, we take a look at the data that shows why America is so unlike the rest of the world when it comes to the popularity and the abuse of guns. We'll look at the role that policymakers play in the gun-control debate, and we'll look at what can be done (if anything).
It isn't pretty, but it's important. Hundreds of thousands of American lives hang in the balance.

Survey: Majority of Americans Not Interested in Gun Control for 2016
by AWR Hawkins, 30 Jun 201516
In a Suffolk University/USA TODAY survey released on Tuesday, Americans said they do not want gun control to be a “significant subject” in the 2016 elections, by a margin of 52 to 43.
The survey was conducted from June 25 to June 29, just over a week after the heinous attack in Charleston by alleged gunman Dylann Roof.
According to Suffolk University, in addition to not wanting to hear about gun control in 2016, a majority of Americans do not believe increasing gun control via expanded background checks will curb mass violence. Fifty-six percent of respondents said it would not, while only 40 percent of respondents said it would.
This makes sense, when you consider that Roof allegedly purchased his gun via a background check at a Charleston gun store.

Obama Calls for More Gun Control ‘State by State and City by City’
Jun. 29, 2015 3:09pm Fred Lucas
President Barack Obama sent out a fundraising pitch for Organizing for Action to stop gun violence just, days after his visit to Charleston, South Carolina, where nine people were gunned down at a historic black church.
“We’ve had to come together as a nation too many times to mourn after horrific acts of gun violence. And right now, it’s not good enough simply to show sympathy,” Obama begins in the email to OFA supporters. “We need to acknowledge that there’s more work to do – that these tragedies have become far too commonplace. This is a conversation that folks need to have, and organizers like you are the ones who will move it forward.”
