It is no longer a question of allegiance to the country

At the end of the convention in Philadelphia a Mrs. Powell inquired of Doctor Franklin, “Well, Doctor, what have we got—a Republic or a Monarchy?”
Franklin replied, “A Republic, if you can keep it.”
Quite some time ago I realized that the Republic was lost because we as a people had failed to keep it. The very system that was created had become so corrupted that it could not be saved and therefore could not save us or ever hope to return us to a constitutional republic. Any idea of electing the "right" person or just a few more conservative Republicans and the ship could be turned around was a self perpetuating fallacy that would only continue us down the road to destruction and slavery. I also came to realize that not only the republic but the country itself could not be "saved". There are too many people far too heavily invested in the system to want to see it changed. In fact the pain that would be involved in doing away with the nanny state would be intolerable to many if not most who have become so dependent upon it's existence.
Once I came to that conclusion I at times felt like Cypher in the Matrix and had moments to where I would have been happy to return to my seemingly happy state where I lived within the system, paid my taxes and went dutifully into the voting booth every election believing that I could make a difference. Alas once awakened there is no going back. Along the way I came to the conclusion that secession was our only hope. Like minded folks needed to band together and say goodbye to the nanny state and separate groups of such folks needed to form a New Confederation.
Will this happen? Most say never and if tried it would not be allowed to happen as history has shown how many "we" are willing to kill to preserve the union. I believe it will happen by choice or be forced upon us when the system collapses upon itself which could happen at any time as we seem to remain at a tipping point where any one of a hundred different events could push us over the edge.

It is no longer a question of allegiance to the country, it is a question of your faith in God
I attended the Spring PATCON in Tarboro this year which resulted in a personal epiphany. A question was posed to the audience: how many people believed there was a political solution to our nation’s problems? Not only did no one believe that there was a political solution, half of the people broke out in laughter. Although I had no doubt before this that there was no hope for the government, I could always pray that I was wrong. The epiphany was simple: I was not alone or even in a minority in my logic. I will always remember that day as being the day that I knew in my heart that the country was over. We were no longer free, the rule of law was not in effect and tyranny had replaced the Republic.
Flash forward to today. In a short nine week span of time, the people have been betrayed by Congress (trade legislation), the Supreme Court (gay marriage and SCOTUScare) and the pResident has divided the country using race, gun control and homosexuality.
These actions have shown the American people that the government has been usurped. I do not have to solicit people’s reactions to current events: everyone is discussing the state of the government. I do not even respond to their conversations. I just listen to people who are having their own epiphanies. What will happen as this number increases to the point that III% will take action?
No one can argue effectively that the Constitution is still in effect. A Supreme Court justice has told us that the Constitution is not valid. Will you accept the loss of two of your first amendment rights to a homosexual agenda? Will you accept your church sermons regulated by the state? Will you watch your son or daughter become purple penguins? Will you submit or resist?
Tyranny is only an option for evil people. Any American with any Sacred honor must resist. It is no longer a question of allegiance to the country, it is a question of your faith in God.
