h/t to freenorthcarolina for link... “BUNDY RANCH” TYPE STANDOFF BREWING IN SOUTHERN OREGON BETWEEN MINERS AND BLM April 13, 2015 by Dean James BLM has made several attempts to disband the operation through violations that claim improper paperwork filing, ruling changes over time, and other unsubstantiated claims. The miners of this district have spend tens of thousands of dollars to date to fighting the BLM in the courts and other avenues. The district has made requests to produce the official rulings that show they are in violation which have gone unanswered. They simple reason given by the BLM is that “they say so”. Late last week, BLM officials accompanied by Josephine County Sheriff deputies issues a cease and desist order to the district without any official ruling by the courts. Specifically, the issue is not even scheduled to be heard in court until later in the year. The order has given the miners until April 25th to remove all equipment, buildings and supplies from the mine. Local BLM officials have threatened to burn the buildings down if they are not removed by the date. www.americasfreedomfighters.com/2015/04/13/bundy-ranch-type-standoff-brewing-in-southern-oregon-between-miners-and-blm/

The .gov turds SHOULD feel vulnerable... I am still very surprised the incident did not go hot. But, if they keep pressing this nonsense people will be killed, and when they do all the bureaucrats involved need prison time or a stiff rope. One Year After Standoff With Armed Militia, BLM Employees Still Feel VulnerableBy Eric Katz, April 10, 2015 One year ago, ranchers and small government advocates flocked to Nevada and taught the federal bureaucracy a lesson. What that lesson turned out to be is anybody’s guess. That is because the Bureau of Land Management has remained “tucked tightly in a fetal position” after armed militia members forced the agency to back down from its enforcement responsibilities, according to an employee group advocating for environmental workers in the public sector. www.govexec.com/defense/2015/04/one-year-after-standoff-rancher-blm-employees-feel-unsafe/109894/

Read about this thru a FOAF on another board. He is in contact with one of the miners. Oathkeepers are evidently headed that way.

Misinformation... What misinformation?
A BLM 'official stand down' would mean they were initially 'engaged'. Maybe they are 'standing down' after seeing patriots flood the area in response to their threats.

Support your local Militia! If none in town start one!
If you drop back to the Spring 2014 Spring NCPATCOM one of the most memorable statements was by the head of 3%.
He stated that we should be very vigilant of the number, type, and locations of the events like Bundy and now the miners we chose to respond to. He indicated that the Feds have the people already on site and in place to keep us jumping and running to every event till our wealth, our time, and our health runs out.
This was the purpose of the "STATES" having their own Militias.
When you start pulling the strings, and pushing in the pins, you begin to see a sordid pattern evolving.
You take this new Jade Helm 2015, and the supposed witnessed events claimed. Then you add the Water wars in Montana. Next you mark the Bundy Ranch. Then you add in the Oregon Mine attacks. Where will they light the next fires?
It is time for the Gillie Suit, and long rifle Militias, to come out of their closets. If not in mass, then by using volunteers as Points of contacts for contact by the People of the Area. They need to start becoming the "Protectors of the People" they claim to be. When the local Sheriff, in a desire for a new grant, goes out to Grandma Pains house to evict her for not paying her taxes he should find 20 or so armed folks having a barbecue in the front yard. When the local CPS goes out to seize the Anderson kids for not getting their vaccinations, and making the County School system eligible for Grant Money, they should find another barbecue in progress with ugly old men with guns.
When the State Police stop a car on a roadside no warrant "license check" an armed passer-by needs to stop back about 100 feet so as not to "Interfere" and start video and audio taping unless it gets ugly, and then they should come offer their assistance.
This is all of our rights, and responsibility.
We were given our right to defend ourselves by our creator, not some politician long dead. However their words are easier to prove than our creators.
So instead of waiting patiently for some patriotic out of State group to arrive and save our bacon we need to handle it in house, in state, in county, in neighborhood.
So drop the beer and get in the game!

Another good story showing on One America News Network about the Oath Keeper and Militia supporting the Miners and the Bundys.
All in all, a very positive story noting that Oath Keepers is made up of Former Military and LEO, which many other 'media' groups always leave out in trying to tie them down as just another 'militia' group.

Good, I'm glad it threatens Democracy, as we are were a Constitutional Republic. Groups warn Oregon mine militia dispute threatens democracyBy Shelby Sebens, May 20, 2015 12:07 AM PORTLAND, Ore. (Reuters) - A coalition of public policy advocates warned on Tuesday that a group of armed conservative activists who have been guarding a mine in southern Oregon for over a month are a sign of an emerging violent anti-government movement. The groups behind the newly formed "Ballots Not Bullets" coalition said they will seek to promote democracy over what they call militia-style extremism and will try to counter these kinds of movements nationwide. news.yahoo.com/groups-warn-oregon-mine-militia-dispute-threatens-democracy-040721303.html
