In other news: Ga Law Enforcement currently utilizes 'no knock' warrants, therefore we live in a crime free environment. Not! What a frigging dumb-ass... Police union to state lawmakers: Don't mess with no-knock warrantsPosted: Jan 21, 2015 10:09 PM EST Updated: Jan 21, 2015 10:53 PM EST, By Bernard Watson "You have to draw the line between your right as a citizen to privacy and a community's right to live in a crime-free environment. Support your local Militia! If none in town start one!
This issue is the basis of our one and only right from our maker.
That is our god given right to Self-Determination!
This is also what we must establish to all parties. Lets look at it up close.
If a City Corporation creates a legality saying it is not allowed for anyone to plant Cannabis and cultivate it for use by Corporate Citizens. (Raising POT) That is not higher than your right to grow the Cannabis on your own land. Your right though does not allow you to exchange it for something of value in a trade (Sale, Which is a Commerce activity) To give it to another person. Or to use it, and operate your conveyance at the risk of injuring another.
Likewise!
The issuance of any warrant requires the accompaniment of a signed affidavit when signed by the Judge (a magistrate is not a Judge of the Court of the state.) and when presented to the owner of the property.
These no-knock warrants are not lawful. They are just Corporate Rules and will not hold up in a court if addressed correctly.
The right of the City Security Sub-contractor to insure he does not have to dive in the Septic tank or Open the sewer clean-out to retrieve his evidence is not an excuse to violate your rights.
If they have evidence you have a hostage then again they are freeing the hostage, and the use of anything else as evidence is not important.
If you want to see how they think your rights are second to their careers or well-being just send a couple hours watching when Blue Bloods are on.
In the Roman law it states: A man only has those rights he is willing to defend to the death.
That is our lines in the sands of time.
