'Under the radar', as the obamanation said it would be... Ammo Dealer Feels Targeted by Obama Administration’s ‘Operation Choke Point’Oct. 7, 2014 10:05pm Fred Lucas Kat O’Connor, owner of TomKat Ammunition, was puzzled as to why her Gaithersburg, Maryland business was denied certain services from a bank and suspects the Obama administration’s Operation Choke Point. Ammo Dealer Feels Targeted by Obama Administrations Operation Choke Point A 9 mm bullet rests on top of others in a box on the counter at Duke’s Sport Shop in New Castle, Pa., Friday, April 5, 2013. Gun enthusiasts fearful of new weapon controls and alarmed by rumors of government hoarding are buying bullets practically by the bushel, making it hard for stores nationwide to keep shelves stocked and even putting a pinch on some local law enforcement departments. (AP Photo/Keith Srakocic) “I believe the failure of Congress to enact strict gun control led to this method of starving manufacturers out of business,” O’Connor told TheBlaze. “I also believe this is an unfortunate abuse of power. Sadly, I don’t see how this is any different than a mafia-style shakedown, promising to leave banks and card processors alone if they ‘play along’ by foregoing money from certain industries, regardless of their legal status.” www.theblaze.com/stories/2014/10/07/ammo-dealer-feels-targeted-by-obama-administrations-operation-choke-point/

Congress launching hearings on complaints businesses targeted by 'Operation Choke Point'By Ruth Ravve, Published March 24, 2015, FoxNews.com A controversial federal law enforcement program that critics say targeted businesses the Obama administration didn't like is about to face a new wave of congressional scrutiny, with Capitol Hill hearings set to begin Tuesday. Under the program, called Operation Choke Point, banks and other financial institutions were reportedly pressured to cut off accounts for targeted businesses. This included gun stores, casinos, tobacco distributors, short-term lenders and other businesses. Critics claim the program -- overseen by the Justice Department, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and other agencies -- was used to squeeze legal companies that some politicians considered morally objectionable. www.foxnews.com/politics/2015/03/24/congress-launching-hearings-on-complaints-businesses-targeted-by-operation/

Support your local Militia! If none in town start one! If you don't have enough bullets for a bug out by now you are too late. The Small Arms Treaty will allow standing orders to be completed, but reorders from overseas sources will quickly be cancelled. We don't have many still up and running in this country. They even closed ur last lead Foundry last February. The time is also to begin re-evaluating your powder for reloading. Changing powder is not like changing under drawers. each type has different rates and thus can't be safely mixed. Do it now and change to American made powder or start making your own propellants. Piss Poor Prior Planning Puts you at extreme Risk You may have the right to hold and bear arms, but you gave them the right to decide what can be made in, and imported to this country.

White House Threatens to Veto Bill to Shut Down Operation Choke PointFeb. 3, 2016 11:14am Fred Lucas President Barack Obama would likely veto a bill shutting down the controversial Operation Choke Point and similar tactics used by federal regulators to financially target disfavored industries such as gun stores and payday lenders. “Imposing burdensome and arbitrary standards hinder the ability of Federal financial regulators to protect the financial system and consumers from unnecessary risks,” said a release from the White House Office of Management and Budget. “If the president were presented with H.R. 766, his senior advisors would recommend that he veto the bill.” www.theblaze.com/stories/2016/02/03/white-house-threatens-to-veto-bill-to-shut-down-operation-choke-point/
