Judge Napolitano: Ranch Rebellion Was Americans’ “Line in the Sand”BLM feds should have been arrested for theft of private propertyPaul Joseph Watson, Infowars.com, April 14, 2014 Judge Andrew Napolitano appeared on Fox News to denounce the federal government’s operation against Nevada cattle rancher Cliven Bundy, asserting that BLM agents should have been arrested for seizing his property and that the case represents a “line in the sand” for Americans who have had enough of big government tyranny. Napolitano said the feds were forced to back down because they had suffered a public relations nightmare, pointing out that Bundy lost his case in a federal court but that the case should have been tried in a state court. “The federal judiciary should not be deciding what land the federal government owns,” said Napolitano, adding that the feds should have placed a lien against Bundy’s property to collect grazing fees and not conducted a raid backed up by armed agents to seize his private property. www.infowars.com/judge-napolitano-rancher-rebellion-was-americans-line-in-the-sand/

Cliven Bundy: Fight Goes On Until Federal Bureaucracies DisarmedMonday, 14 Apr 2014 11:06 PM, By Greg Richter Cliven Bundy, the Nevada rancher who along with hundreds of supporters stood down the Bureau of Land Management over the weekend, says the fight will not be over until all federal bureaucracies are disarmed. Sounding more like the leader of a rebellion than a cattle rancher in a land dispute with the government, Bundy told Fox News Channel's "Hannity" on Monday that he wants all county sheriffs in the United States to take away the weapons of "federal bureaucrats." www.newsmax.com/Newsfront/Cliven-Bundy-BLM-bureaucracies-disarmed/2014/04/14/id/565599/

Feds accused of leaving trail of wreckage after Nevada ranch standoffBy William La Jeunesse, Published April 16, 2014, FoxNews.com "They had total control of this land for one week, and look at the destruction they did in one week," said Corey Houston, friend of rancher Cliven Bundy and his family. "So why would you trust somebody like that? And how does that show that they're a better steward?" www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/04/16/feds-accused-leaving-trail-wreckage-after-nevada-ranch-standoff/Obama administration’s ‘Culture of intimidation’ seen in Nevada ranch standoffCritics say fight isn’t first instance of feds’ ‘overkill’By Valerie Richardson, The Washington Times, Tuesday, April 15, 2014 Sending scores of armed agents along with helicopters and dogs to confront an elderly Nevada rancher over grazing fees may seem like overkill, but critics say it’s not inconsistent with the federal government’s recent approach to environmental enforcement. The simmering truce between the Bundys and the Bureau of Land Management comes after high-profile raids last year by armed federal agents on small-time gold miners in tiny Chicken, Alaska, and guitar makers at the Gibson Guitar facilities in Tennessee. www.washingtontimes.com/news/2014/apr/15/culture-of-intimidation-seen-in-nevada-ranch-stand/

Why One Man Traveled Almost 3,000 Miles To Take On The Federal Government At A Ranch In NevadaBrett LoGiurato, Apr. 16, 2014, 11:21 AM Last Tuesday, as he started to read more and more about the situation on The Drudge Report, Jerry DeLemus decided to give Bundy a call. They spent more than an hour on the phone. "What do you need?" said DeLemus, who was calling from some 2,700 miles away in Dover, N.H. "I need help," Bundy told him. "I need bodies." "I'm coming," DeLemus said. www.businessinsider.com/bundy-ranch-standoff-nevada-jerry-delemus-2014-4

While they regroup someone should be bringing charges of cattle rustling, animal cruelty, assault, battery with a taser, and civil rights violations against the head BLM agent in state court! Once he departs Nevada he will be hard to identify. The protesters arrested need to be filing charges for criminal assault, and kidnapping. It has never been aviolation of any land management regulation to drive on a State maintained roadway, or to stop for breaks besides them.
I believe the decision up in Michigan covered that last week.

After Nevada ranch stand-off, emboldened militias ask: where next?By Jonathan Allen, Thu Apr 17, 2014 5:37pm EDT (Reuters) - Flat on his belly in a sniper position, wearing a baseball cap and a flak jacket, a protester aimed his semi-automatic rifle from the edge of an overpass and waited as a crowd below stood its ground against U.S. federal agents in the Nevada desert. He was part of a 1,000-strong coalition of armed militia-men, cowboys on horseback, gun rights activists and others who rallied to Cliven Bundy's Bunkerville ranch, about 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas, in a stand-off with about a dozen agents from the federal Bureau of Land Management. www.reuters.com/article/2014/04/17/us-usa-ranchers-nevada-militia-insight-idUSBREA3G26620140417?feedType=RSS&feedName=domesticNews

He should have been a a ghillie suit, on the side of a hill over looking the FEDS compound, and no one should have known he was there.
Setting there in the open will not do him a bit of good, if things go south in a hurry.

Live From Bundy’s Nevada Ranch: The Funny Way Supporters Are Responding to Harry Reid Calling Them ‘Domestic Terrorists’Apr. 18, 2014 10:24pm Jason Howerton Filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza traveled to Cliven Bundy’s ranch in Bunkerville, Nev., on Friday to embark on a “fact-finding” mission. Prior to attending a “big rally” made up of hundreds of the cattle rancher’s supporters, D’Souza planned to talk to some of the people who Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) has labeled “domestic terrorists.” Broadcasting live from Bundy’s Nevada ranch on “The Kelly File,” he revealed that supporters — made up of men, women and children — were wearing “domestic terrorist” name tags on Friday. D’Souza said seeing children wearing the tags shows just how absurd Reid’s allegations are. www.theblaze.com/stories/2014/04/18/live-from-bundys-nevada-ranch-filmmaker-dinesh-dsouza-reveals-how-supporters-are-responding-to-being-labeled-domestic-terrorists/

Western lands takeover: Former BLM chief, state lawmaker clashBy Matt Canham, The Salt Lake Tribune, 23 Apr 2014 "I don’t think states are capable of the complexity of managing these lands," he said, accusing Ivory of inflaming local officials to challenge federal land managers when the chances of the state’s gaining control of these lands are remote at best. www.sltrib.com/sltrib/politics/57855791-90/state-federal-blm-lands.html.csp
