Hello All,
Welcome to the Liberty and Preparedness Forum. I thank you for joining our forum and hope you find yourself at home here among our other like minded members.
I wanted to clarify one small item that was somehow overlooked in the construction of our website and forum.
In order for each of you to get the full benefit of membership, you will need to register for the Call tree and the Forum separately.
If you are already a member of the call tree and are reading this, you have already completed both registrations, if you are reading this and have not registered for the call tree, I encourage you to do so. You can register at the link below for the call tree.

When you get to the sight, go to the Contact Us page. Please provide a name, a valid phone number and your state. We will forward the information to the Regional POC who will pass it along to your State POC. The state POc should contact you directly, or assign you to a POC in your local area.
Please understand that NO records are kept by this site, or the Regional POCs. All records are deleted so that there is no national or regional list of Call Tree members.
We're currently rebuilding the data But here is the basics...
The L&P call-tree has been established with designated POCs across America. Regional POCs oversee large sections of the United States. Under each Regional POC is a State POC and so on. Below is how the L&P Call-Tree is structured.
Regional POC to
State POC to
District POC to
Camp POC to
Camp Members to
Independent Contacts (friends, family, etc.)
Regional POCs should not be contacting anyone else besides the State POCs for which they have stewardship. The same goes for the State POCs; as they should not be contacting every L&P member in their state, but instead their Districts and so on.
What do you mean by Independent Contacts?
There are many who are on the L&P who also have their own list of contacts; people they’d get in touch with in case an emergency was taking place. These lists of contacts are independent from the L&P and should remain as such. This is what we mean by “Independent Contacts.” When a call-tree test is initiated, we ask that you also contact these independent contacts and let them know of the test.
Does the L&P Call-Tree actually work?
Yes it does! It has been tested with relative success via telephone communication with reported times of 12-minutes at the Camp level all the way to 90-minutes. Even a 24-hour notice is considered successful. Future call-tree tests are announced. Some will come at a designated date and time while others will be initiated at a time of our choosing to keep everyone on their toes.
Why Phone & Email? Why not something else, like short-wave?
The L&P project is still relatively new and though we would like all forms of communication to be utilized, we just haven’t reached that point yet. I would love to see the day when we do not have to depend on phones and email for our methods of communication and have a vast network of HAM radio’s in place. This is a goal in the future, but for now, this is a long shot. It is not something that has been discounted.
Thank you again for your support and participation,
The Staff at Liberty and Preparedness
