For those of you who have spent time in WA state and know the rainy season that begins late September and goes to the following May can understand how silly they were back in the 90's when I lived there when they decided any area that had standing water 24 hours after a rain could be considered wetlands but the Eco-terrorists in state government pushed that crap then so this does not surprise me now. How we have made it this far without a major revolt I can only wonder.

Saying the creek that flows through my farm is yours is one thing, taking control of it will be another thing all together.
Screw the EPA, and the rest of the fed alphabet soup guys.
I will defend what is mine, to the death.
Live Free, or Die, is more than a saying.

Wyoming man files suit over massive EPA fines for building pondBy Eric BoehmPublished August 28, 2015, watchdog.org A rancher is taking the Environmental Protection Agency to federal court, asking a judge to stop the agency from fining him more than $16 million because he built a small pond on his property. Andy Johnson of Fort Bridger, Wyoming says he made sure to get the proper permits from his state government before building the pond. After all, this is America in the 21st century, and nothing done on your own property -- certainly when it involves the use of water -- is beyond government concern. Johnson is facing millions in fines from the federal government after the EPA determined his small pond -- technically a "stock pond" to provide better access to water for animals on his ranch -- is somehow violating the federal Clean Water Act. www.foxnews.com/politics/2015/08/28/wyoming-man-challenges-outrageous-epa-fines/

Breaking: Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals puts a NATIONAL stay on Obama’s EPA Water Power Grab.By: Moe Lane, October 9th, 2015 at 12:30 PM OK, here’s the background. Once upon a time, the Obama administration decided to implement a ruling – without the input of Congress, mind you – that defined ““waters of the U.S.” to include virtually any wet area — even a rain-fed temporary pool — that is close to any other body of water with a physical connection to a navigable waterway.” As you can imagine, this was and is a massive attempt to extend the reach of the regulatory State into areas that they do not traditionally have the ability to go into. By making essentially all waters federal waters, federal bureaucrats are then free to institute regulations and fines and exemptions and all the rest. This naturally offended people. www.redstate.com/2015/10/09/epa-wotus-clean-water-rule-sixth-circuit/

UnConstitutional dirtbags on par with the scumbags at the IRS... Both departments hould be disbanded immediately, but these departments are just another tool that government uses to subjugate the populace. EPA Gets Americans 129 Years Of Jail Time As Agency Workers Go Unpunished After Spilling Toxic Mine WasteMichael Bastasch, 12:18 PM 12/28/2015 A jail cell on death row, where prison inmates await execution, is seen at the state penitentiary in Huntsville, Texas, is seen in a file photo taken September 29, 2010. EPA Knew About Michigan Water Contamination For Months Without Telling The PublicAndrew Follet, 12:09 PM 01/14/2016 The Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) top Midwest official knew about the Flint, Michigan drinking water crisis of 2015 months before telling the public, according to a Tuesday report by the The Detroit News. EPA official Susan Hedman did not publicize the EPA’s concern over Flint’s water quality or the water’s dangerous health concerns. The federal agency instead quietly fought with the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality for at least six months about what should be done. dailycaller.com/2016/01/14/epa-knew-about-michigan-water-contamination-for-months-without-telling-the-public/

EPA cleared of bias in Alaska mine controversy despite lost emailsBy M.D. Kittle, January 14, 2016 Despite acknowledging it could not obtain more than two years of emails from a key employee, the Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Inspector General on Wednesday effectively cleared the EPA of allegations of bias in its quest to preemptively kill a proposed mine in southwest Alaska. The troubling details of the missing emails raise charges of an EPA whitewashing, a scenario and an allegation all-too-familiar in the Obama administration. watchdog.org/254137/epa-mine-emails/
